Sandy David, RN and owner of Ready Ed has been our program’s First Aid/CPR trainer for 2.5 years now.  The staffhave given a lot of positive feedback as to the quality of her trainings—from how “thorough” her instruction is to real world application in their day-to-day tasks in the center/classroom.  Because ofSandy’s guidance and expertise, our program has also decided to purchase additional items for our classroom first aid kits that are considered “above and beyond” the state mandated items in order to better empower staff in case of emergency.  Sandy challenges her participants to think beyond the norm—to be proactive caregivers and potential responders that will strive for and attain the most positive outcome.  We are extremely grateful that we have developed a partnership with Sandy/Ready Ed and would recommend that other companies/organizations consider doing so as well.

In August of 2015 I was in dire need of finding a company that could provide in- classroom CPR First Aid and AED certifications for 3 of our employees. This was a need that had to be met within a matter of days. After calling many different companies and independent trainers that could either not provide exactly what I needed, had no training facility, cost was too expensive or had no availability for the time restraint that I had, I did a quick google search in the Paducah, KY area and I found Sandy with Ready ED! Not only was Sandy extremely polite, helpful with all of my questions and her pricing was right, she also quickly made herself available to provide the training to meet our needs. She was able to get our employees scheduled that upcoming Monday, which was perfect. The course fee was reasonable and the course was setup to flow and be completed in a very timely fashion, only 4 hours! We will continue to use Sandy’s business Ready – ED for future needs in the area and I highly recommend her to anyone that is in need of their certification or re certification.
